Transcript: TaxCore - Your Trusted Partner In The Fight Against Tax Evasion
DATA TECH INTERNATIONAL presents TaxCore for Electronic Revenue Assurance.
TaxCore is a revolutionary solution that empowers tax authorities around the world to combat the grey economy and sales tax fraud in the most flexible and efficient way possible.
With TaxCore, everyone benefits.
Our platform has been designed to create value for tax authorities, businesses, and consumers alike. We recognized early on that an effective tax collection system can only succeed when every stakeholder benefits from participating.
At Data Tech International, our goal is to give everyone the power to connect seamlessly—even in countries where reliable connectivity remains a challenge. We also believe that every business should have the freedom to choose the Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) that best suits its operational needs.
How did we achieve this?
After years of research and development, we came to a simple conclusion: successful tax collection begins with empowering taxpayers. A strong relationship between businesses and tax authorities must be built on trust, transparency, and mutual confidence.
TaxCore delivers a secure, fast, and easy-to-use digital platform designed for the 21st century. It maximizes transparency, creates a fair business environment, and minimizes both bureaucracy and compliance costs.
The platform is fully digital, highly secure, and extremely adaptable. It can operate efficiently in environments with reliable internet connectivity, as well as in locations where internet access is limited, unstable, or unavailable.
Every registered taxpayer receives a personalized Secure Element that enables secure authentication within the system. This Secure Element is issued directly by the tax authority, either free of charge or at a minimal cost.
Most importantly, security remains entirely under the control of the tax authority. No third party has access to or influence over the integrity of the system.
TaxCore also provides businesses with complete flexibility at the point of sale. Taxpayers are free to select the Electronic Fiscal Device that best matches the requirements of their business.
Sales can be recorded in real time using traditional cash registers. However, for small businesses, the platform offers an even simpler alternative: a free smartphone application that can replace a conventional cash register entirely.
All transaction data is securely stored on the tax authority's servers, where it is available to both auditors and businesses whenever needed.
Recognizing that internet connectivity is not always reliable, we developed a Secure Element capable of safely storing transaction data offline. Whenever connectivity is restored, all stored information is automatically transmitted to the tax authority's servers.
Regardless of internet quality or connection type, every transaction generates a fiscal electronic invoice that is digitally signed using the same secure process, ensuring consistency and authenticity across the entire system.
What about the customer receipt?
Receipts can be printed, displayed digitally, or provided electronically, depending on the customer's preference. Regardless of the format, every receipt includes a unique QR code that customers can scan using their smartphone.
Scanning the QR code not only verifies the authenticity of the transaction but can also automatically enter the customer into promotional prize draws, creating an additional incentive to request fiscal receipts.
TaxCore is already operating successfully in multiple countries.
In these jurisdictions, consumers can instantly verify that taxes have been properly recorded simply by scanning the QR code on their receipt.
This transforms every consumer into an active participant in promoting tax compliance. By encouraging receipt verification, the system motivates the public to help reduce the grey economy and combat tax evasion.
We look forward to becoming your trusted partner in the global fight against tax evasion and the grey economy.
